Lori Tubbs has spent 27 years doing the work that moves markets across Northwest Indiana. Over the course of her career she has led or advised on more than $200 million in transactions — including the sale and lease of over 5 million square feet of commercial industrial space — supporting projects that have helped attract more than 3,000 jobs to Indiana.
As Founder and Managing Broker of Lori Tubbs Consulting, Lori provides brokerage and advisory services across heavy industrial, commercial, mixed-use, and land transactions. She works directly with developers, investors, property owners, and end users — bringing deep market knowledge, long-standing regional relationships, and practical deal strategy to every engagement. She is a licensed managing broker in both Indiana and Illinois.
